Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?":

I would probably say the PvP aspect. Now don't get me wrong, PvE is cool and all, but the feeling of winning over someone else with your own pure skill is a feeling like no other and has many times got me hooked into a game/server. I'm interested in seeing how this server will implement PvP if any at all.

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?":

In most MMO's that I've played it isn't usually the big overarching story, or the size of the world that gets me, but the small minute areas that you would only find by stumbling across them. "ex. A hidden elven village in a vast forest that sells slightly above average tunics and bows" with its own little side quest that would have you helping the local bowmen keep out the attacking armies or doing a fetch quest. A whole experience that you would not have had if you had just rushed through.

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"
I really like to Min Max and make my characters as strong as possible and to try out builds. Being able to track my damage output and how much damage I take comes into play there.

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"
The gear the gear the gear, rare drop rate gear that’s either potentially only cosmetic or even end game gear. How to obtain gear and how the system works will determine the game since combat in Mc with mmo’s is generally hard to mess up. An important part should be that bosses can drop end game gear but they can also drop parts (with a higher % than completed gear) and you can combine them with other materials to make the gear, but the level in that prof has to be mastered to craft it, so you are limited to # of pieces craftable as you can only master one prof

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"

The artifact mechanic that my favorite game, Legend of Mana, uses. For completing a particular quest/questline, you'd get an artifact. The artifact becomes a new land you can go to when placed on the world map adjacent to any existing land (a previously placed artifact).

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"

I don't have a specific game, but in general where the quests are interesting and have some story line, puzzles etc. and not your basic "kill 10 wolves" type of quest, something that pulls you into the game and makes you feel like in an actual adventure

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"

Career profiles that help track stats and other cool info that could be available to anyone.

Question #4: My favorite feature of ANY mmorpg has 100% gotta be Dungeons or whatever you'd like to call them. The thought of adventuring or partying up with a ton of people to go on quests or raids together will probably always give me chills. Going questing together with friends is probably my favorite thing to do in an MMORPG.

Q4: Atmosphere and Immersion. They are very key to my experience in an MMO. This is mostly done through great looking environments and assets, and especially through sound design. I want my attacks to not only look impactful but also sound impactful. And great music and background noise sell some areas. A town wouldn't be the same wasn't it for the random chatter I can hear or the music. There have been some awesome tracks revealed so far and I hope there is a great selection of diverse tracks and sounds to make the experience just a bit more better.

Question #4: "What feature of any other game do you like the most?"

It's not exactly a feature, but a 'trait' of a game. I enjoy games where players get a lot of freedom and not one where you're restricted and have to follow a linear path. This can be confused with sandbox games, and while a good number of those games do have this trait, some of them don't give true player freedom e.g Minecraft (A sandbox where there is no set end, and you can build/do a lot of things, but it's restricted to the engine and if you want to be able to really have freedom with it, you need to code/install mods off of an unofficial API). Of course, this means the game has to rely on the player-base on making it fun by not having cheaters, being toxic, etc. but if it doesn't, the payoff is huge. A good example of this is Garry's Mod, a sandbox game with modding at the core of it. A lot of servers use role-play as the basis of 'their' game, leaving the fun in the players' imaginations and using the assets and features of the game as tools to serve it. Sadly, the community of this game isn't the best, so you don't get to see this at it's fullest potential.

Q5: Any systems or features with long grinds with no real reward. I hate it when the game is just grinding the same stuff again and again. No, I'm not saying a gear treadmill is bad but if grinds are unnecessary just don't have them. Why do I have to grind to unlock a basic feature of the game? Putting normal game features behind a wall is fine, but don't just make it a straight wall you have to climb. Like unlocking mounts. It's not interesting for mounts to be just behind a money grind. What if instead, you had to go on a quest chain to craft a saddle for your mount (I stole this idea from GW2) and then go help the farmer with his horses. Then you pay him a slight fee and you get your mount. That is way more interesting than grinding gold for 40 hours even if both of them would take the same amount of time.

Question #5: "What feature of any other game do you like the least?"

Autopathing, or overwhelming guiding systems.
I like guides and function explanations, but when the game just throws everything at you when you join... The screen stops every 20 seconds to explain something, the game forces you to do stuff. Like if you accept a quest you can't do anything else until you complete that quest... It's just horrible.

Question 5: I hate the Wynncraft soul points system. Really annoying in general. I believe we already mentioned it on the discord. Motivates players to stay afk just to get soul points back and motivates players to stop playing when they have a low amount of soul points.

Question #5: "What feature of any other game do you like the least?"

Any built system with intense hand holding or a system that basically insults your intelligence unless for comedic effect.

Question #5: "What feature of any other game do you like the least?":

When there is a random chance involved in combat, I can not state this enough. Now a bit of random chance in combat is ok, but if the chance completely invalidates any kind of skill, it's just not fun. An example of this would be the random crit system in TF2, which makes it so that 1 of your attacks, whether it be melee, gun, rocket, grenade, or whatever, can randomly become shiny and deal triple damage, invalidating any skill involved, making the situation frustrating, confusing and straight-up ridiculous for the opposite party.

Question #5: "What feature of any other game do you like the least?"

What I hate is when the game allows people that are WAY farther than you to beat you down/kill you when you have no chance of fighting back. Like in certain mmos with pvp or wilderness pking. (This also applies to pay to win games).

I know it's unbelievably hard to counteract because youd have to tier/level restrict players, but it's still annoying to me

Note: Congrats Death! Glad a buddy of mine got a rank :)
