Fixed Priest Smite Issue

The Priest class's ability "Stun" doesn't work on the NPCs in the quest "Disturbed Server".

I accepted the quest and was fighting the four crazy people in the corner. I tried using "Smite" on the NPCs to stun them and they just kept walking forward. Ignoring the 1 second stun effect. I tried it twice and both times it didn't work.
