Rejected Serenity Attribute Bug

Description:
On Warrior, when skilling Serenity from Level 6 to Level 7, the visual change is nothing. You'd be leveling from 0.71 hp/s to 0.71 hp/s. I know currently the Strength attribute is bugged, so I'm wondering if this is the same with Serenity. However, I think this might just be a leveling bug because of the recent buff of Warrior's Serenity.

This is not a bug, it's an unfortunate rounding issue. I will slightly buff health regeneration to prevent this from happening again, possibly at any level increment.
