Dyescape Rules
-
On this page, you will find all of the rules that apply to all services that Dyescape has to offer. Breaking any of the below rules on any of the services that we offer will result in you being punished appropriately. The information below will give you insights into which rules we have, and what kind of penalties you can expect when breaking them. Please note that we expect a level of common sense from everyone using our services, which means that you can and will be punished for anything unacceptable, even if it's not explicitly documented here.
OFFICIAL RULES
Also note that the purpose of our communicative services is to provide a great, easy to use and friendly way of communicating with each other. If we feel that you as an individual are a negative impact on this purpose (by constantly being negative towards everything or everyone for example), we may choose to limit or completely disallow your continued access to any of our services.
Any attempt of avoiding punishment will be treated as a severe breach of guidelines and results in the discontinuation of your access to any of our services.

Point distribution
All points are indicated by the numbers behind the rule in red. For example, take the broad rule: Do not spam, including but not limited to 1/3/7/10. Four categories of graveness respectively category 1, category 2, category 3, category 4. A minor breach would result in category 1, a major breach would result in category 4.
Please note that a sub-rule of a rule can have a different point indication as the parent rule. If there is no uniquely defined points behind the sub rule, the point indication of the parent rule will be used.
Moreover, punishments are not limited to these point indications. They merely function as a range of indication for the player and moderator. Point system can be overruled if a moderator deems it fit for the breach of rules acted out by the user.
Account responsibility
Everyone is responsible for their own account. If you lend your account to a friend or family and it ends up getting punished for breaking rules, then we hold your account responsible. Excuses about friends or family using your account will not be taken into account. Keep your account to yourself.
Punishment evading
Any attempt of avoiding punishment will be treated as a severe breach of our rules and guidelines and results in the discontinuation of your access to our platforms, such as our forums, our Minecraft servers and our Discord server. - Do not spam, including but not limited to: 1 / 3 / 5
