  • When signing up on our forums, your e-mail and IP-address is used to check the database of StopForumSpam. It is an automated decision that significantly helps us keep the forums free of spam and malicious activity. Your account registration may be limited or rejected based on the results of this check.

How long we keep personal data

Dyescape keeps your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to actualise the purpose it was processed for. Your username & e-mail address is used to make you a registered member on our website. Without these two, your account cannot be used. Therefore, this data will not be removed until you request us to deactivate your account. You can do so by contacting us per e-mail at [email protected]. Your IP addresses will be kept for 1 year to ensure the security of our systems and safety of our community services as best as we can. After an IP address has not been used for a year to access our services and/or products, it is erased from our systems.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

Dyescape does not share any of your personal data to any third parties unless absolutely necessary for the execution of our agreement with you (such as payment processors and payment gateway companies) or to comply with legal obligations.
