Pre-alpha delayed

Due to certain drawbacks during development, we came to the conclusion that the planned deadline of December 18th is not within realistic reach. Dyescape has been in development for a long time, and we do not want to launch our server if it turns out to be a disappointment. We would rather spend some more time trying to improve, add or change a few features here and there. We apologize for this.

The current new pre-alpha deadline is set to friday, February 16th.

I saw this banner on someone's bukkit account, and thought it looked cool, so here I am. February 16th is really far away, and I was hoping to play. Do you think maybe you could open a pre-pre-pre server that players could join just to explore and stuff? I understand some would hate on it due to bugs, but I feel like having a simple player base on an unreleased server, would prove beneficial to the server, as they could point out bugs that you, as an owner/dev, wouldn't realize since you do not play(I think), and then the process of bug finding would be immensely sped up. Another advantage would be the players input on additions, and features that would be rather than just ideas for an unknown server, tailored for Dyescape in particular. Thanks for reading this and I hope you consider this. :)

I understand the suggestion but as of right now we're still setting up configuration, still coding plugins and even doing mapmaking and content. It's simply not ready for launch, nor a pre-pre alpha.

Actually this is the reason why Alpha phase exists.
