Suggestion Waypoint Selector

I think it would be very beneficial to have a menu and where players can select: Blacksmith, Alchemist, or whatever store they need to visit, and once they click the location name (in a GUI), a waypoint (yellow icon) gets marked at the desired location, I know players can use mini-maps to set waypoints, but I was running on vanilla and though how this feature could be useful for vanilla players and the fact that we can't have a bigger mini-map than the one that spawns in our left-hand.
