Alright! Sorry that I couldn't provide more detailed information regarding to what happened in my game. I hope that the information I provided was atleast somewhat useful.

Haven't seen any / heard anything that could have been related to suffocation so don't know if that happened :/ I wasn't looking at my Minecraft for a moment when it happened and Nolan took care of the other two Iron Golems in the meantime.

Small update: Jeremy also isn't spawning/showing for me. I did get to do Roy's part in the quest (probably since you first knock on his door and then later he spawns near the animal farm).
