Fixed Mobs disappearing but still being able to hit it

Short description: A spider disappeared but still was there?

Long description: So i wanted to go slay some spiders, but i saw them disappear and tried to hit where his last location was, and i dealt dmg to something but the thing did not die

Also mobs can be invisible and still attack you sometimes

Hey there. Could you please try to reproduce this issue on v0.1.2? We fixed a phasing but with entity tracking, which may or may not be related, we're not entirely sure.
