Short description: Issues with MQL V steps, I escorted only Nolan which triggered objective as successful, couldn't not bring Guard afterwards and Nathan did not spawn.
Long description: During MQL V, I found Guard and Nolan, healed them and escorted them toward exit, meanwhile Guard was dropped and I did not had potion to pick him back up so I just escorted Nolan which triggered completion of objective and did not allowed me to come back for a guard afterward. Going back to Nathan did not worked either, because Nathan did not spawned (probably due to phase)

Other useful information: It's tough to complete with both of them running and fighting mobs as they encounter them, would be wise to either stop them from fighting or allow escort them one by one.
